Well, feedback is an evaluative response about an action or process given to the original source. Therefore, feedback can be used to praise or show appreciation; but feedback is not always positive. It can be a tool to educate the receiver about his negative behavior or performance. Negative feedback is also called corrective feedback. Improving communication is another common goal of feedback which can lead to several great benefits such as building, maintaining and testing relationships, gathering information, and keeping one s perceptions in mind.
